Executive Director

The Executive Director will have the opportunity to be the organization’s chief storyteller, network builder, strategist, and fundraiser, playing a vital role in shaping the next phase of the organization. As Executive Director, you will work closely with the Managing Director to lead a team of passionate and driven staff and student volunteers, and you will report to an active and supportive Board of Directors. You will also be the face of the organization, and have the opportunity to embody and share the GlobeMed story — inspiring audiences across borders, sectors, and generations to join our network.

Managing Director

The Managing Director will work closely in thought partnership with the Executive Director to shape the strategic vision of the organization and bring that vision to life. As the Managing Director, you will be responsible for managing and coaching GlobeMed’s staff and student volunteers to achieve the organization’s strategic objectives. By cultivating a culture that reflects GlobeMed’s values and leadership practices, and marrying that culture with exceptional internal systems, you will help unlock the team’s full capacity to further the GlobeMed mission.

Chapter Advisors

A cohort of six part-time, regional Chapter Advisors will join GlobeMed as we pilot an exciting new chapter advising model! As the primary bridge between the Global Headquarters and chapters, Chapter Advisors are integral to building our collaborative network of students and community-based organizations improving health around the world.

This role is perfect for a current student or recent GlobeMed alum who wants to use their experience to help other GlobeMed leaders thrive. With flexible scheduling, remote work status, and the chance to travel regionally, this role offers a fabulous opportunity to give back to the GlobeMed network while also developing your skills as leader and mentor.
