Student Staff
Each year, we select a crop of undergraduates from Northwestern to work for the national office and help advance our efforts. Details coming soon for the '09 application and open opportunities.Other positions
These positions are currently new openings and we're searching for candidates who have specific skills and interests that will match our needs. Students as well as non-students are welcome.Marketing and Technology Director - We are seeking candidates (students as well as non-students are welcome!) for part-time positions to help GlobeMed create compelling communications materials and tools, including developing our website.
Media and Documentary - We are seeking candidates (students as well as non-students are welcome!) for part-time positions to help GlobeMed create compelling videos, documentary, and other media that can be displayed on our website and tell our story.
Internships
Summer Internships- 10 weeks near Chicago, IL (Evanston office is located 30 minutes north of the city) from June to August
- Internship will involve supporting GlobeMed in diverse ways, from program development, research, and fundraising. The experience will give interns the ability to better understand the non-profit sector, student engagement, and global health issues.
- Students currently part of a GlobeMed chapter are encouraged to apply. Lodging stipends of $1500 will be provided to all interns.
- Precise start and end dates are flexible based on the student and potential lodging they find, though the latest an internship can begin is June 15th and the earliest it can end is August 1st.
